SASSY SPREAD Spreads are easy to prepare and taste great. I like them on crackers, wraps, lettuce, red pepper, cucumber and in Nori Rolls, with sprouts on top. Try various herbs and spices, and you’ll enjoy a different spread each time. Extra Prep Time: soak walnuts 4 to 8 hours Ingredients:
ALTERNATIVE: Instead of curry, add a dash of cayenne, plus an herb or spice such as basil, cilantro, cumin, dill, ginger, Italian spices, oregano, rosemary or thyme. If dried, use 1-2 teaspoons. If fresh, use 2-3 tablespoons.
